Outreach
The Community Outreach Program is the bridge between need and access. We don’t wait for families to find us we intentionally show up in neighborhoods, community spaces, faith-based institutions, and local events to ensure support is visible, accessible, and trusted.
Our outreach efforts are rooted in relationship-building. We engage directly with grandparents, caregivers, and families to understand their realities and connect them to meaningful resources in real time.
Youth
Education
The Youth Education Program is designed to ensure that children being raised by grandparents have access to the academic, emotional, and developmental support they need to thrive.
We recognize that these young people often navigate unique challenges. Our approach provides structure, encouragement, and opportunity helping them build confidence, stay engaged in school, and envision a future beyond their circumstances.
Health &
Wellness
The Health & Wellness Program is designed to support the full well-being of grandparents and the children they are raising because sustainable caregiving requires strength, balance, and care on every level.
We connect families to trusted providers and community-based services that address physical health, emotional resilience, and everyday stress management.
Whether it’s a routine check-up, a moment to breathe, or access to mental health support, we ensure caregivers and children have pathways to consistent, compassionate care.
Elder Care
Our Elder Care Support Services are rooted in one core belief: those who have given so much should never have to navigate care alone.
Grandparents and elderly caregivers often carry the dual responsibility of managing their own aging needs while raising the next generation. This program ensures they are supported with dignity, clarity, and access to the care systems designed to protect and uplift them.
We provide personalized guidance and connections to essential elder care services so caregivers can maintain their independence, protect their health, and feel supported every step of the way.
